Seaside Cottage (2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms)

Seaside Cottage has 2 double bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king size or twin beds, sea view & en-suite shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with beautiful sea views. There is also a comfy double sofa bed available.

The cottage was fully and extensively refurbished in 2017 to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need for a seaside retreat.

The property dates back to the 19th century and was originally built by the admiralty for serving coastguard employees.

Seaside cottage has fully enclosed gardens, with its own hot tub.

Located yards from Southbourne in Bournemouth and Hengistbury Head beaches, with panoramic sea views of The Isle of White and across Bournemouth Bay towards The Purbecks.

The main living area consists of kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, utility room with washer/dryer and combi-boiler. Six seater kitchen table, large sofa/2 sleeper sofa bed, flat screen tv with Sky tv & broadband.

Outside Decking / Garden

Both cottages have large South East facing front gardens with large deck with patio furniture, plus large lawn. A further decking area to the rear of the properties which gets the evening sun, BBQ area.

Things to do locally

The holiday cottages are located in Southbourne, which is a ten-minute drive from Bournemouth and a 2 minute walk to the beach and Hengistbury Head.

The historic town of Christchurch is only a short walk away with its ancient Castle, Christchurch Priory and many restaurants and bars.

Upon Arrival

We’ll meet you on your arrival or leave a key in the key safe, show you how everything works and answer any questions you may have. We live locally so we’re on hand for anything you need...nothing is too much trouble, we want to make your trip memorable for all the right reasons!
